It all started with the daffodils popping up everywhere in our yard
Then we had the good luck of traveling down south, just when everything was starting to bloom.

We saw a lot of pink blooms! Spirea, camellias...
Then it was back home again. This lovely tree was blooming next door, which is my new favorite harbinger of spring. It's a massive saucer magnolia, and it fills up our dining room window!
Of course, all the Bradford Pears are blooming, not my favorites, but they are still pretty.
And we're not the only ones enjoying spring! Mr. Tubbs here has been spending a lot more time outside.
