I like to make it with garlic, olive oil, salt, parmesean cheese, and whatever nuts I have laying around - this time it was pecans. It's best with pine nuts, but I don't have any on hand right now.

And munch. I mixed in some trader joe's marinated baked tofu, fresh tomatoes and kalamata olives. A lovely summer dinner.
Right now we have two teenage exchange students staying with us. One is from Lybia, and the other is from Egypt. They are with us for 10 days. We have been having a lot of fun! Tonight they want to make a traditional meal for us from their countries. They are excited to cook, and I am excited to try it!
