Grey's Anatomy and fall knitting. Just like old times. After recovering from my hangover this morning, I decided to take a little trip to the yarn shop. It's really been awhile since I've done that. It felt good. I got some Rowan Tapestry and started a hat curled up on the couch tonight. It took me two tries to cast on, the yarn broke, I lost count a few times, I had to frog back one row- but now I'm on my way. I also finally got my bike, which I love very much and I'll post a picture of really soon. I'm so glad that September is over, no more presentations- I got through the really hard part. It's still a very hard semester, but much less than before. Now I'm on fall break, which doesn't mean that I don't still have work to do, but at least I don't have class, and at least I can pick up some yarn and needles without feeling guilty about it. It's so great! The leaves are turning, and I'm starting small, but I'll be making hats and scarves. Then I'm going to get going on the Oak man's sweater, soon. I'm telling you- this IS going to be the year that I finally make him a sweater. If I do not make a single gift for anyone else, I will make him that sweater. I'm going to finish the hat that I started today. Maybe make one for SG, and then I'm going to get started on it!
**And might I just add that ravelry is waaaaaay addictive. I just got the bug. whoa.
